About the Artist

I paint because I still see beauty in this world. Since my early years, in every subject I've ever painted, photographed, or drawn, the reason has been the same: I found it beautiful in some small yet significant way.

The reasons for that go deep, and my faith is a deep part of that. And I have the skills to put those delightful entrancements on paper or canvas for others to enjoy....so I do. Whether it's the jaw-dropping color variations of a moonrise shell, the story of the mischievous  humuhumunukunukuāpua'a who nipped my snorkel fin while defending its territory, or the fleeting atmosphere of a rainbow during the evening golden hour, I want to capture those brief moments of time that remind us the world is more than what makes it to the headlines. 

My art is for the people who share this vision - the people who are aware of the big picture of the world yet still choose to put love and beauty on their walls. It doesn't matter your language, religion, skin color, or culture.....My art is for the people who want to see that vision in tangible form in their home or office every day.
