Art By Rebecca Block - Damages & Returns Policy

Thank you for your purchase from Art By Rebecca Block. Each piece of artwork is handled with the utmost care and is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely. We are dedicated to the quality of our art and the satisfaction of our collectors.
Please note that all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than damage incurred during shipping. If your artwork arrives damaged, we are here to help resolve the issue promptly.
Please read the following policy carefully to understand our procedures for damaged artwork.
1. Reporting Damaged Artwork
It is crucial to inspect your package upon delivery. If your artwork arrives damaged, please follow these steps within 48 hours of delivery:

Document the Damage Extensively: Take several clear, high-quality photos of:

The exterior of the shipping box, highlighting any damage or mishandling.

The interior packaging materials.
-
The specific damage to the artwork itself.

The shipping label on the box.

Contact Us Immediately: Email us at artbyrebeccablock at gmail dot com with your order number, your full name, and all the photos of the damage. Detailed documentation is required for us to process a damage claim.

Keep Everything: Please retain the damaged artwork and all original packaging materials. Do not discard anything until we have confirmed the claim is complete, as the shipping carrier may need to inspect the package.
We will not be able to honor damage claims that are reported more than 48 hours after delivery.
2. Return Process for Damaged Items

Receive Authorization: Once you have contacted us with the required documentation, we will review your claim. Do not ship the artwork back until you have received a Return Authorization (RA) number and specific return shipping instructions from us.

Package Your Artwork: If a return is required, we will provide instructions on how to securely repackage the artwork.

Ship the Artwork: We will provide a pre-paid shipping label for the return of damaged artwork. You will not be responsible for return shipping costs on an approved damage claim.
3. Refunds
Once the damage claim is approved (and the item is returned to us, if requested), a full refund, including the original shipping charges, will be issued.
Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment within [5-7] business days of the claim approval.
4. Non-Returnable Items
As a reminder, all sales are final. The only exception is for items damaged during transit, as outlined above. This policy applies to all items, including:

Commissioned or Custom Artwork

Sale or Clearance Items

Digital Products & Gift Cards
5. International Shipments
Our damage policy applies to international orders as well. If your artwork arrives damaged, please follow the reporting procedure outlined in Section 1 within 48 hours of delivery.

For approved international damage claims, we will work with you to find a resolution, which may include a full refund.

Please be aware that any original customs fees, duties, or taxes are non-refundable.
